I really wanted a 14 or more cup drip maker, and this is the only non-professional, inexpensive one that I could find on the Net. There are many 10-12 cup devices, but my small office kept draining the 12 cups before I could get mine!I am pleased with the volume and the heat, but the clock runs fast. It prevents us from using the timer to program the next morning's brew. Yes, I should have returned it, but I had thrown out the box already. Here's your lesson for the day. Keep the box!
